Yes. AccountingLads is a self-service portal of employees. It helps employees to access their payslips, leave balances, update their personal data and access documents (including handbooks or employment records). This minimizes the HR load and provides the staff with direct access to their payroll. The self-service capability will facilitate transparency and enable the employees to monitor their own deductions, leaves among other payroll related items without constantly calling the HR.
